The second unit of the Group has commenced its production at Kundaim Indl. Estate in the State of Goa during 1995 with a capital outlay of Rs.30.00 million to produce 27,600 Metric Tonnes of Mild Steel Ingots, which will be used for producing construction steel.

The third unit (Second Ferro Alloys unit) of the Group was commissioned at Palakkad in the State of Kerala with a capital outlay of Rs.42.30 million to produce 12000 Metric Tonnes of Mild Steel Ingots, which will be used for producing construction steel( It was desposed in the year 2003)

The Second Ferro Alloys unit of the Group was commissioned at Durgapur (Industrial City) in the state of West Bengal with a capital outlay of Rs.70.00 million to produce 10700 Metric Tonnes of High Carbon Ferro Chrome OR 6000 Metric Tonnes of Low / Medium Carbon Silico Manganese which is a special alloy product used for producing Stainless Steel all over the world. The unique advantage for indigenous market of the unit is the presence of bulk steel producing consumers like Steel Authority of India Limited such as Durgapur Steel Plant & Alloys Steel Plant, Tata Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. Jamshedpur, Jindal Strips Ltd, Hissar, Shah Alloys Ltd, Ahmedabad, Stainless India Ltd, Jodhpur, Viraj Alloys Ltd, Tarapur, Essar Steels Ltd etc.

THE STRENGTH BEHIND THE GROUP

The first manufacturing unit was commissioned in the year 1993 in Goa at a capital outlay of Rs.41.10 millions to produce 3200 Metric Tonnes of Ferro Silicon OR 5400 Metric Tonnes of Low / Medium Carbon Silico Manganese. Being located on the Western Coast of India and close to Marmagoa Port the unit is ideally fit of exporting its finished products.
