Incorporated in the year 1997, Rukminirama Steel Rollings Pvt. Ltd. has made immense progress, since beginning with the production of CTD Steel bars in Goa under the Brand Name R R STEEL. Taking a step forward the Company ventured into the production of TMT Steel bars (Thermo Mechanically Treated) in view of the untapped potential for the same in the Country, thereby achieving a key position in the steel Market. As a testimony of its Product Quality and Brand Image the Company is accredited with the prestigious ISI 1786/2008 followed with the Coveted International Quality and Environmental Standards of ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System) and ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental Management System).
The Company belongs to the Karthik Group of Industries having annual turnover of Rs 500 crores, promoted by CMD Shri. B. Gopala, M.E. (Metallurgy) from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore & B.E. Gold Medalist from the University of Mysore, Vice CMD Shri. B. Raghavendra., and Bhupal Brothers.

Adding to the success story, Karthik Group started yet another plant 'Rukminirama Steel Rollings Pvt. Ltd'. (Pellet Division), at Vardapur village in Hagari Bommana Halli Taluk, Bellary district, Karnataka with a capacity of 0.4 million Tons Perannum which is about 28 Kms from Hospet. We are delighted to inform that the production has commenced from March 2011.
